Coaching
Personalized one-to-one telephone sessions. Three levels of services
are available based on your intensity and the amount of time you're
willing to commit. Discounts offered for six and twelve month agreements..
Group
Coaching
Usually 4-6 participants working on a common goal (e. g. finding
a new career, improving promotability, team building). Group coaching
can apply to the organizational setting or to a group of individuals
who want to work together.
Workshops
Custom designed sessions on an agreed upon topic for an organization,
company or group.
