Connie Rose, Certified Professional Coach, is the owner of C. Rose Coaching which provides professional coaching services, specializing in career changes. She partners with business people who want to find the RIGHT job/career or move to the highest possible level in their current position and still maintain a balanced and fulfilling life. Her clients gain a new sense of clarity around what they want and how to get it. Bottom line, they breakthrough to levels they never dreamed possible.

Her background includes extensive experience in corporate America with several Fortune 500 companies. Specifically, she spent more than ten years in Human Resources developing corporate policy, providing career counseling and leadership development, and managing recruiting events targeted at underrepresented groups. Before that she spent an equal amount of time in sales and marketing positions. She understands what it takes to survive and thrive in the demanding world of business.

Connie has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Ohio University, an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and completed the University of Michigan Executive HR Program. She received her coaching certification from the Academy of Coach Training in Seattle, Washington.

She has received awards recognizing her support for minority recruiting efforts as well as numerous internal corporate awards and recognition. She served as National VP for the Alliance of Black Telecommunications Employees and as a Corporate Advisory Board member for the following organizations: the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering, the American Indian Science and Engineering Society and the Hispanic Engineering National Achievement Awards.

Connie is a Board Member and VP-Education for the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance. She also is currently the Board President for Wings for Success, a non-profit organization that provides clothing, workshops and other support for women seeking to enter the workforce. In addition Connie is also a member of the International Coach Federation, Coachville and is a contributing writer to "Origin" magazine, a monthly publication targeted to women in the Delaware Valley.

Her career has enabled her to deliver numerous workshops and seminars for a variety of groups covering topics as diverse as “Educating for Competence and Marketability in the Workplace” to “Working and Working” to “Communications Trends in the Food Industry.” The common thread is her ability to take information and make it meaningful to her audience. She applies this same talent to her work as a coach by educating clients on ways to apply their true talents and abilities.
